Abstract

The present investigative article studies the dynamics of advertising done by Colombian trade organizations, in which unfortunately, have many negative components. There is misleading advertising that is undoubtedly done by unscrupulous agents in advertising, looking to benefit from financial gains. These agents ignore the repercussions that may result to the consumers of their products and violating, in the same sense, postulates of commercial law such as good faith and free competition between competitors. Lastly, it provides important and necessary information for those who wish to educate themselves in respect to the central topic of this article, with the intention to acquire tools that will allow us identify these types of advertising; to understand and recognize the respective authorities and to be able to find an industry that is free and healthy, in the industry that does not affect the rights and duties of each portion that form the Colombian advertising industry.
