Abstract

Corporate image is essential for small businesses because it represents the visual identity and public perception of the brand. This research will highlight knowledge, its importance, and characteristics, as well as its impact on consumers, in order to guide all small businesses that are positioned or on their way to positioning themselves in the market. The objective is to identify the importance and benefits of corporate image for small businesses in terms of concept, relationship, and interest. The methodology is applied purpose-driven, focused on problem solving based on existing theories, thus providing a social observation focused on data collection and generating an argumentative scope that identifies the causal relationships, reasons, and justifications for the research. The approach used was quantitative, consulting academic sources to generate a historical analytical method, thereby explaining the concept of corporate image. From this, a questionnaire was created and administered to 30 entrepreneurs. The results and discussion show that 75% of the population is unaware of everything related to corporate image. This concludes that the majority of respondents are unfamiliar with the concept of corporate image, which is highly important for small businesses because it helps them establish their identity, differentiate themselves from the competition, and build trust and credibility in the minds of consumers.
