Resumen

Contexto: este concepto de internacionalización se refiere más que todo a la capacidad que una empresa tiene para expandir sus ventas de productos y servicios en mercados extranjeros, permitiéndoles tener mayores ingresos y beneficios. Objetivo: analizar las
estrategias de internacionalización para las pymes de la industria textil en países de ingreso medio alto. Metodología: se utiliza como método un mapeo científico, con el uso de la herramienta Scopus y Biblioshiny, para la identificación de red autores, países, afiliaciones y diagrama de cocitaciones. Resultados: Estados Unidos mayoritariamente aporta al estudio de la internacionalización de pymes, pero de igual manera Colombia no se queda atrás, porque, aunque su aporte actual sea pequeño, le ha permitido estar entre los países que más enriquecen este conocimiento. Conclusión: se definen una serie de estrategias desarrolladas por países de ingreso medio alto para lograr la internacionalización de las pymes en la industria textil.
