Abstract

If gastronomy has understood as the phenomena study of human feeding, drinks have a place in it. Gastronomic experiences are a commonplace term that seeks to elevate or add value to the products served at the bar. Through argumentation from my own experience, this paper narrates that the service of beverages fosters the stimuli to provide them. The experience of the preparation direction-consumption interaction is dual and reciprocal and becomes an experience at the exposure moment or recalling the event, going unnoticed, or forgetting the stimulus, response, or assessment given.
